 The ETX and ETX-90/EC make a great camera lens, too.
It's a 1250mm focal length. With the optional camera adapter #64, you can just flip the
selector switch that controls the mirror. Send the light up to the eyepiece, or straight
through to the camera body.Also fits ETX-125EC, which has a 1900mm focal length. |
 If you'd like to use the ETX for terrestrial vision, you'll
probably want the 45° Erecting Prism. The ETX's internal mirror reflects light to
the telescope's 90° astronomical viewing position. In this position the image is upright
but reversed right-to-left. For observing things on the same planet that you are on, the
45° Erecting Prism results in a fully correctly-oriented image and a
comfortable viewing angle without straining your neck. #932 45° Erecting
