With a single-lens reflex, you look right through the same lens that
takes the picture. That means what you see is exactly what you'll get,
particularly important with long lenses or when taking close-up photos.
Lenses on most SLR cameras are more sensitive to light (faster) than
lenses on most point and shoot cameras. They're also threaded so that you
can add filter, hoods and other accessories for better pictures.
With automatic focus, automatic exposure and built-in flash guns, these
cameras are as easy to use as most point-and-shoot cameras. You can also
