Chris’ Camera Center respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, browser type, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will never sell or otherwise distribute to any third party your personally identifiable information.

Any personal data that you may provide to Chris’ Camera Center by placing an order or signing up for our email list database will never be sold, and will solely be used by Chris’ Camera Center for regular business purposes.
If you sign up for our email list, all e-mailings that you receive from us will include a link permitting you to “opt out” from receiving any future mailings. Optionally, you may also request that your e-mail address be removed from our mailing list at any time.

Chris’ Camera Center protects your payment and personal information with modern industry-standard encryption software designed to keep commercial transactions secure. All of your personal information is encrypted including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Chris’ Camera Center does not maintain an electronic database that includes your credit card number and expiration date, your social security number, or other sensitive data. When you pay with a credit or debit card, whether in the store or online, that information is processed by a secure server at our credit card processor. Information in our credit card terminals is automatically erased at the end of each day.


If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back, please contact us for a return authorization. When returning an item, it must be complete, with all accessories, instruction manuals, software unopened, warranty card not filled out, and all packaging in new condition.

If the item is not in satisfactory condition (the way it was sent out) we will not accept it and will be returned to you. Merchandise returned without prior authorization is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable. On shipments where we paid the shipping fee, that amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping expense. The expense of shipping the item back is your responsibility.

  • Blister pack items will not be taken back if opened.
  • Defective items: If you receive any defective item please contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment so that we can arrange to exchange it for you. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer; we will credit you ground shipping and we will return the exchanged item at our expense.
  • Special Order Items: These items are not returnable. If it is initially defective, we will contact the manufacturer and get it exchanged for you.


In the case of merchandise orders, once payment has been cleared, we will charge your card and ship the item within two business days if it is in stock. If it is not in stock, we will notify you of the approximate amount of time before it will be available, and get your approval to continue with the order; your card will not be charged until the product is back in stock.

In the case of service orders, shipping time will be dependent on the job.
Shipping will be by ground in what we consider the best way based on shipping time and expense, and will be billed to the customer along with incurred handling and packaging charges. You may have the option of choosing other methods of shipping if you wish, and we will make every reasonable effort to comply with your instructions.
